SKINDIVING LEVEL 2

 

1 open water session approximately 2-3 hours if access by the beach, if session is with a boat, it may be a longer.

 

The first half of the session is spent in refining basic skills and important techniques, the next part of the session is about using the new skills to fundive, explore the divesite and take photos/videos.

 

Prerequisites:

• Be 18 -50 years old 

• Be able to swim without life jacket

• Health Check

 

Beach access:

 

1 pax ¥15,000

2 pax ¥14,000

3 pax ¥13,000

 

If it’s a boat session (sometimes is the only option because of weather conditions) +¥3,000 boat fee

 

 

Equipment needed

 

• Mask

• Snorkel

• Fins

• Wetsuit or rash guard

• Weightbelt (we can provide weights)

 

Equipment rental is available, it is NOT included in the course*

• Full SET 1500 yen (Suit + mask + snorkel + Fins + weight belt)

• Wet suit or top 500 yen

• Mask + snorkel 500 yen

TIME

 

• The start time varies daily depending on the tide.

• Start time and schedule depending on the strait and wind

• It may change suddenly.

• If you have a time that is not convenient for you, please let us know when you make a reservation.

• Don’t wear make-up or sunscreen if it is harmful for the coral (reef friendly is ok)

 

 

HEALTH CHECK

・ Within one week after vaccination

・ Continuous drug or medication use

・ Mental and psychological disorders

・ Nervous system disease

・ Cardiac disease or problem history

・ Lung and respiratory diseases such as asthma

・ Diseases or problems with the sinuses

・ Eye diseases

・ Past diving accidents (Decompression sickness, severe BO, squeeze)

  - Pregnancy

・ High blood pressure

・ Please inform us about any previous surgeries

・ Your doctor has asked you to not exercise or join physically demanding activities 

 

 

・ If you are 45 -50 y/o  Please inform us in case of:

 

• High cholesterol

• High blood pressure

• If you smoke can’t join the course

• If genetic heart conditions run in your family 

 

 

Important details:

 

・ Lack of sleep or physical fatigue

・ No alcohol drinking the day before

・ No Scuba diving the day before

・ Check for Body temperature 37.5 degrees or higher

・ People infected with the new coronavirus or if there is contact with a close contact

・ Sore throat, cough, stuffy nose, cold symptoms such as headache

・ Numbness and dizziness in limbs

・ Dehydration

・ We do not offer anti-sickness pills

 

• If you are worried about seasickness, please bring your own seasickness pills

• Please get enough sleep and participate in good physical condition.

 

 

Cancelation FEES

 

Cancellation fee will be charged IF/WHEN (Including oversleeping, showing up late and hangover)

 

7 days before 30% of course fee

4 days before 50% of course fee

2 days before 80% of course fee

Full amount of course fee on the day

 

COVID NOTICE

 

• If the instructor has symptoms of coronavirus infection. We will stop the business activity.

• In addition, the course may be canceled depending on the spread of infection.

• On the day of the event, check your temperature and take a social distance with other participants.

• We have stopped serving drinks.

• Thank you for your cooperation, please bring your own bottle and water.
