AIDA 4

Master Freediver

Embracing Deeper Dives

32-38 meters

Duration : 5-6 days

Our AIDA 4 focuses deeply into training for increased depth awareness and developing tools. By exploring visualization techniques, advanced lung stretching techniques, mental relaxation tools to prepare our minds for deeper depths as we continue the process of adapting our bodies to an increased pressure environment.

Everything learned in your AIDA 2 and AIDA 3 courses build you up to this stage. On our AIDA 4 Master Freediver course we will review online materials, classroom presentations, practical workshops, pool sessions, and open water sessions.

Now, the excitement continues. You will be introduced to the Mouthfill equalization technique. Understanding it and train it throughout the course duration with our experienced Master Instructors guidance and support.
